This gargantuine Blue Topaz crystal weighs more than 340 grams, or 3/4 of a pound.  It is completely natural - no polishing, no heating - showing the true color and shape of the crystal.  The crystal is a light blue color which is water-clear in the center.  Its termination is completely smooth and fully defined, with one full side of the crystal being taken up by one of its facets.  It's lucky for us that it wasn't used to cut gemstones from, because it easily could have been.
